That could have easily been an EatB cover image if the boys were willing to not appear in the picture.

I didn’t realize that they had renamed them. When I was there in 85/86 I ate many marathon bars. I was predisposed since I was already a snickers eater in the US. But the chocolate was better in the UK.

Easily another 20 or 30 are in nearly the same esteem and importance to me as those. I tried to go across genres and eras as much as possible.

What do you think of this one @2006dvdrip.bsky.social ? I liked side two better.

My other pickup today from RPM. I’ve never heard this before now. Daryl Hall’s unmistakable voice is front and center. A bit too much on the soft rock side for me, however. #johnsvinyl #nowplaying

Outer sleeve and spinning vinyl record. Daryl Hall & John Oates (1972) “Whole Oats”

It’s #NationalBlackDogDay. We are grateful for our Dreamboat Annie, aka “Banana”.

I enjoyed this very much. The guy seemingly has little to no ego. Too bad he can’t drum much anymore.

I’m sure I have (sheepishly) revealed that to you. I liked it more than I expected. Julie was suprised that I was playing it.

Next up on my King Crimson discovery journey. First spin, first listen. I liked Three of a Perfect Pair (acquired recently) so this was the next one I grabbed. #johnsvinyl #nowplaying
