Share a horror TV show you love. 📺😱 My choice: Star Trek TOS. Mike Stoklasa of @redlettermedia.com has often suggested that many episodes of the original series are straight up horror stories, and I find that an interesting take.

For me it was the birth of the Human-Visitor baby in 1984's "V: The Final Battle", specifically the jump scare of the baby's forked tongue. I got so frightened I turned off the television in sheer terror. The next day at school I learned there was a twin...

I was about to gripe that I had to pay $2.50 today to pump up my tires at a gas station, when in the past it used to be free. Then I realized I'm just complaining about inflation.

Watched 1986's "Transformers: The Movie" in the theatre tonight, forty years after seeing it on the big screen as a kid. It's always amazing to watch a text from your youth and reflect on what it means to you as the years go by.

We never imagined how far that dream would travel, into homes, into hearts, into the way generations imagined what we could still become. In a world that often feels as divided as ever, maybe that's exactly why we need it now: a reminder that unity was always the point.
