I went to an anti-ice protest at an ice facility in Warwick. When the protest was over, they followed people back to their cars and filmed license plates. We were followed by ice agents. I wish I had gotten their photos but I was too busy holding my mace. First time I've ever been followed.

In all my years of watching New Who, I did not realize until today's rewatch of 2005 S1Ep4 Aliens of London that Rose uses a homophobic slur. When the doctor says "it hurt" in regards to being slapped by Jackie, Rose says "you're so gay"! This was written by a gay man. How did I miss this?????
