Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 30/09/2026I built Cronicle because I wanted a place to document my life and because I wanted to put my lifespan into perspective. It's proven to be an effective way to align with what matters to me, heal from my past, and appreciate the present. Reconnect to what matters cronicle.me 000

Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 28/05/2026I've been working on Cronicle for 2 years now. I use it as a weekly ritual to remind myself what matters and as an archive for my life so that I can understand how much I've lived and how much time has passed. And I just launched it! If you're interested try it out and let me know what you think! 200

Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 25/04/2026Juust thinking about this more. With windows it also means if you have 2 buildings beside each other you can reach across the way and high five your neighbour which is either a bonus or a downfall 😂 100
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 25/04/2026But also if you don't have windows on the side of the building it means you can build buildings right beside each other which can result in more land being used. Alternatively, if you keep the windows you have to keep a small gap between buildings on the side in order to keep that space 100
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 25/04/2026Personally I think small square windows for life and air flow sounds great 110
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 25/04/2026I might be wrong but I think they are disagreeing on whether we should have windows on the side of the building that offer viewpoints in the neighbouring property If you just remove the windows on the side of the building then you have the google earth pictures above cc @davidwelton.bsky.social 100
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 23/04/2026Have you shared that somewhere? I'd love to see the floorplan 100
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 22/04/2026Have you mocked up/designed any of these single stair buildings with 1 unit per floor and 3 or 4 bedrooms? I often have people asking me to to find floorplans for single stair buildings that are great for people who want a lot more space in a condo Love seeing these mockups every time btw :) 120

Selfishly (in burquitlam), some more ammenities northeast of lougheed could help turn the 2 neighbourhoods into a really cool area 110

Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 29/11/2025Right, makes sense. I was just confused what Mike's comment was in regard to. I think I read it as sarcasm but it wasn't haha 000
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 29/11/2025Just to make sure I'm following your point. Double loaded corridor so you only have options for windows on 1 or 2 sides. But with SES you could have a smaller lot, windows on both sides of the build and no or fewer windows facing the building beside you? 110
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 24/11/2025Oh I didn't know there were square footage caps per floor with single stair, interesting. Ahh yeah, I hadn't considered how expensive the elevators would be 100
Joe Czepil @joeczepil.bsky.social · 24/11/2025Are these longer buildings still single stair? I kind of assumed that 2 smaller buildings taking up the same amount of space would be a better use of space. Less hallways, more flexability with floorplans, etc. 100
