Despite a sore elbow and feeling a bit nauseous, I managed to do an arm workout - the arms looked alright afterwards too! If anyone has any tips on dealing with tennis elbow and on growing arms and chest muscles, let me know!

Monthly weigh in - a bit more fat and a bit heavier. Almost at a healthy % of fat, but would prefer if the muscle stat was increasing instead.

As part of an online consultation for treatment for forehead sleep wrinkles (as I've got a noticeable pair in certain light) and I was asked to supply these three photos - I don't understand how my face is so round from the sides but long from the front!

We're hoping for the same with these two. The bigger one is almost 2 and he wasn't accepted by the older cats when we rescued him but he's been fascinated by the 10week old kitten who joined us last week. They have been playing togetber for the last few days. 😊

Due to my damaged finger, there have been some things I've been unable to do at the gym, mainly pulling things - so no 'back workouts'. But I attempted one today and went too far and now have a sore back (and finger). 🙁
