It’s honestly just another DEI cut. GRFP always had a focus on diversity, outreach, and pipeline strengthening (look up the history and the predecessor programs). As a 2015 recipient, I’m devastated. First Ford, then DSPAN, now GRFP.

Upon reflection, I think the reason my return to the US these past 2 months have been so calm, routine-driven, and peaceful is bc underneath my exterior, there is a fiery rage so uncontrollable that if I turn the release valve even a tiny bit, I'll absolutely lose it. So that's how I'm doing!
