I also just (this summer) got a diagnosis confirming my neurodivergence and I’m not identifying which kind online until I integrate that knowledge for myself. I’ll talk about it IRL, just not out here, not yet. I expect that to change, in part so I can break some of the stereotypes around it.

I’ve been openly talking about my anxiety since I was diagnosed in my 20s because it was always so obvious. If I didn’t talk about it, people would figure it out anyway, so why hide it? This also let me control the timing and the narrative, which helped with my anxiety, double win!
