Look at this! Going by this, minibikes were more expensive. $429 today would get you a pretty decent minibike and they're cheap to modify when compared to other things with motors. I am a shill for big minibike. You should get one so we can talk about them.

Look at this god damn thing. It has a supercharger which I think is super neat. I asked to see if it makes much of a difference and it does, but the Internet says it would be cheaper to just build the internals and they're right, but... *happy supercharger noises*

Coleman Ct100u. Do you see the vertical belt? The super charger is up top it uses the rotation of the crank to spin up fans in that top part to shove more air into the engine thus giving you more power. And they sound cool.

This little guy is one of my best purchases ever. I can get everywhere I would need to go aside from work or an emergency. This is wonderful. The novelty of not pedalling on a bike still hasn't worn off. And no gas! I'm gonna need to get a storage unit, I think.

I highly recommend this book! A Demon retires to the countryside with normal people and I think he's gonna lead a revolution against encroaching merchants. I'm only halfway through, but it's very funny and engaging. And very cute. He has a demon goat that I the best.

It's actually kind of cold this morning. This thing rides like a whole new bike with the rotors and axles being oriented correctly. 🫠 I'm reading The Swarm and it's making a great argument for why capitalism and imperialism is going to kill us all. I don't think it meant to do that, but... It did.

It's gonna be an even more new bike when I install all the modifications.

Megacles' butt! You see the front part where the basket is? I'm replacing that with forks that have shocks so I can probably run the front tire with a little more air. He will be some sort of ship of Theseus type, lil guy. The only thing original on him will be the frame.

Since I loved The Mountain in the Sea so much, I got this cuz in this one the whales are PISSED! Sea worms are trying to release a lot of methane. It's not looking good and you know what? I'm rooting for the whales even though I do like the protagonists so far.

Proper breakfast rice! I kinda wish I had bacon too. Next time. I also wonder what happens if you put little fried potato cubes in. Next time.

Breakfast Rice!

2cup cooked jasmine rice
0.5cups asparagus, broccolini, onions
•stir-fry vegetables after cooking the sausage and shrimp so they can get the fond (sp?)
6 breakfast sausage links. I use the Brown n Serve sausages
3 eggs scrambled and then diced into lil cubes
2 jumbo shrimp

Cook the eggs first and set aside to cool down before dicing
Clean the pan
Brown the sausage with a little bit of oil (the sausage will render it's own)
Remove sausage once browned and let cool before slicing
Sautee shrimp in the sausage fat about 3/4 of the way through then add a couple of drops of lemon juice.
Throw veggies in with the pan and cook vegetables to whatever texture you like. I only cook them until the shrimp is done.

Add green onions to finish

Add salt or soy sauce at your own discretion.

One of you guys recommended this book to me and thank you, person. This book is fun. I'm gonna get more mystery novels. At no point do I ever actually try to solve the mysteries. I'm just along for the ride mostly. I'm about 60% through it and it's a lot of fun.

I just finished City of Stairs and I loved it from the first page. The world is fascinating, and I love the characters. It asks pretty good questions like: How do you end the cycle of violence? Turns out sometimes violence. Not really. It's communication and understanding.

Oreb and Brigid stare at these books because they can't read. These are the books that make up The Divine Cities trilogy. I just finished City of Stairs and I highly recommend it if you like mysteries and fantasy. The religious symbolism and spy shit hooked me. It is also a test of empathy, I think. Because of the whole situation. You should read it so we can nerd out about it. 😊

I forgot that I ordered two little crochet birds. They're so god damn cute. I love them. Brigid is on the left and Oreb is on the right.

Crochet birds from crochetamals crochet on Etsy. I named the chicken Brigid after the patron saint of poultry farmers and the raven I named Oreb after a bird in a book.
