This one's directed at male writers: Just looked at a successful male writer's profile and the other writers he follows. With the exception of two, they're all male. Guys, this is how you edge women out of the industry and the conversation. Stop making us beg for a seat at the table.

This is not directed at any one person and is mostly a reminder to myself… Infighting is how the opposition wins. Infighting is a method of divide and conquer. Infighting prevents us from joining forces for good. We absolutely must check ourselves and strengthen alliances instead of infighting.
