We have bike lanes in downtown Seattle and 9/10 times, the rider will not obey traffic signals. They’ll blow thru red lights and weave between cars and ride on the sidewalks when traffic has stopped…and they do not stay in their dedicated lane if it doesn’t suit them. Super dangerous 😬
