Just heard about a crazy phone scam that was attempted on a family member that involved multiple phone calls, a fake arrest warrant, insistence that the warrant "script" be read aloud in its entirety, with the ultimate goal of a "surety bond" to be bought at a crypto kiosk. Stay vigilant everyone!

It monitors tracked listings for price/status changes every morning and then updates the scores based on new data it may get. Also it will notify me if it sees any new listings that fit my criteria and will ask if I want to run the full report on it.

My use case is pasting a listing (e.g. Zillow) and/or a bookmarklet for a listing. Claude goes to work and generates the property diligence report (takes > 10 mins), scores it on a number of axes, then lets me change the weighting of each to see the overall score/rank change.

Just fixed an overzealous moderation bug on leava.xyz, so now when sender's optionally drop a pin in a note you still get it. Particularly helpful for good Samaritans telling you things like "heads up, they are towing here tomorrow" or "I found your stuff".

I decided to build it. It's currently totally anonymous (bi-directionally) with no user accounts. Owner mints QR codes, prints them out an sticks them in their window (or on their bike, boat, or other of their things that sit in public spaces). Sender scans QR code and sends message. </scene>
