In the morning, when it's cooler, I make a melted cheese sandwich. I put it in the freezer and have a frozen cheese sandwich for lunch. The best bits are the cheese oil that's infused the toast and then frozen solid.

Behold today’s tomato harvest. I have one tub of plants!! Fortunately I’m making @nigella.bsky.social moon blush tomatoes and tomorrow morning I’ll move them onto baking parchment and open freeze them. Later they’ll be stashed in the freezer for winter salads and pasta sauce. Try it!!

So #Johnlewispartnership failed to deliver a click and collect item and when I complained to Customer Service they refused to discuss the how to compensate me for their mistake until ‘the matter is resolved’. Only once I’ve got the item will they engage. I give up.
