We're still jet forcing, but JFJ may be a bit more lowkey this year =)

The run has been canceled - while we are absolutely overjoyed jfg got into gdq for the first time ever, very strong personal reasons for the runner obviously override the event. we hope to see our funky space game in hotfix again someday, but we (the disc) fully supported the decision to cancel 🙏

Today's the day. If you are a Jet Force Veteran then it's time for you to try your hand at Hardcore Jet Force Gemini which is out now! The original idea for this hack came from @caneras.tv where he wanted a harder challenge. I added extra things in though from what he originally wanted. Good luck!

jet force gemini was pretty woke for its time - had something for furries (tribal transform, play as a dog) transhumanists (jetpack power suits) regular trans humans (play as a boy or girl anytime) women (play as a girl at all) car geeks (three racing minigames)

8. Jet Force Gemini - I love games where you can play as multiple characters. I also love space adventures! This games soundtrack blew me away. Such fidelity in an N64 game is crazy. Probably my first gay moment in a game, when I saw Vela's boobs jiggle I positioned the camera so I could see

I'm 39, so I was around for that gen of consoles. N64 was awesome! PS1 was awesome! Sega Saturn was awesome! I want more kids to discover the history of gems like Mischief Makers, Jet Force Gemini, Burning Rangers, Shining Force, Bangai-O, Bloody Roar, etc. Get off your high horse, old man.

This is an exaggeration, there are more than four good RACING games on the N64. Rare alone had a generation-defining run on the system with ~10 hits in 5 years. I guarantee this dude has never even heard of Jet Force Gemini. He DEFINITELY never played Ogre Battle, Body Harvest, Mischief Makers, etc

The ultimate "rare are idiot savants" game HAS to be Jet Force Gemini. So much of that game is gold but there are also these few huge smoking craters of wtf were you thinking. Love that game btw. It's on my short list for dream sequels to make.

I'm sick as hell so it was extremely difficult to fill this out but this feels about right for the nine games that make for at least a semi-decent picture of me.

A grid of the covers for nine games: XCOM 2: War of the Chosen, Gundam True Odyssey (or MS Saga: A New Dawn for those of us who played it in English), WinBack: Covert Operations, Jet Force Gemini, Armored Core: Master of Arena, Escape Velocity Override, Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War, BattleTech, and Pokémon Yellow
