The fast tracking of grad degrees that havent cut their teeth in proper CRM field work is a problem. We get so many people that struggle with artifact identification, haven't monitored, dont have large scale survey experience. People need to humble themselves and grind it out in the field for a bit.

After the CH closure Im seeing a lot more people on LinkedIn and Im looking at their roles. We need a better standard in CRM for how people move up in roles. Why am I seeing someone with barely a 1yr in the field saying they're looking for PI roles? They cant even get permitted by the BLM as a PI

I think it’s unconscionable that we are willing to move heaven and earth to find money for stadiums, but seemingly incapable of doing the same to prevent the closure of schools. My constituents are outraged. They are right to be. There’s still time to fix this, but we’re going to need to lock in.
