From a clean energy standpoint, this is quite bad. We use a ton (technically, many tons) of the stuff in our EVs, their batteries, & solar panels. Also to build those new manufacturing plants. And it's not clear there are many good policy options on the table (other than, you know, axing tariffs).

I’m confused because I have kids and I listen to Top 40 a few times a week- I have probably heard this song but this is the only context where I am aware that it exists. We should be talking about the frustrated Tame Impala subreddit due to all of the Jennie fans crashing in their space.

In healthcare we generally under bill to avoid costly audits and the AI is designed to help you bill at the appropriate level since the reimbursement is so low compared to the cost of care delivery. Health insurance organizations started this war. This is actual care being delivered by providers.

Waymo doesn’t get angry at me for existing. Just adapts to my presence. I only worry about whether it’s functioning properly. They also drive through my neighborhood constantly when empty. I think they avoid fully stopping.

Cybertruck owner honked at me for running on the road when there were hazards on both sides including the sidewalk. Using a horn at a pedestrian for any reason other than safety always angers me. The fact that the default horn mimics a police car makes it even worse.
