A little snippet of a new painting. Last winter I tracked a group of common mergansers. I was lucky enough to spot a mom and her ducklings in the spring. Just a few weeks ago, I spotted the all-grown-up ducklings from earlier in the year, inspiring me to start this painting. #birds #painting
