I hope you're right. But either way a 4 point lead in the nonpartisan polls in this +D environment is not a great sign, and one screwup could cost her. Compared to Klobuchar with a 16 point win in '24 (against a shit candidate). Tina smiths 5 point win over a candidate with name rec is comparable.

Housing and related industries touch 15% of the economy. Everyone in the industry points to June ‘22 as the date everything changed (when rates doubled and transactions were cut by 30%). Personally I have still not caught up. A seismic event for 15% of the economy is not nothing.
