I did this surgery (bilateral salpingectomy, or removal of both fallopian tubes) last year as part of my endometrosis care plan and no regrets.

ALSO, Dolly Parton had a big persona but a nonexistent ego. She wrote "I will always love you" and her version of it is so beautiful. But when Whitney Houston covered it, Dolly said the song no longer belonged to her - it was Whitney's song now.
