In the rain this morning I completed the Altrincham 10k. You may remember me wanting to do this last year That was a tough 10k for me for where I’m at right now, it was my slowest so far, yet I’m still super happy that I completed it. Finish lines not finish times!

You don’t have to run parkrun. I’m juggling fatigue and a fractured rib, today was a hobble around with my stick day, and that’s absolutely fine! Philips Park parkrun is one of my favourites in Manchester, you should go! #parkrun
