New chapter! I’ve started as a postdoc in Heidi Nepf’s lab at MIT Civil and Environmental Engineering 🌊 I’ll be working on coastal resilience, using drones and computer vision to better monitor coastal ecosystems. Grateful for the warm welcome from the lab. More to come from the marsh!

New paper! We built an edge-native, behavior-adaptive drone system to detect group-level vigilance in real time to avoid stressing wildlife while improving data. Started with 3 weeks of manual piloting in Kenya (KABR) → WildWing → now real-time behavior monitoring. Presenting today at #SEC25!
