Ellie Winters’ life didn’t turn out how she expected, but her 25yr college reunion offers her the chance to recapture what’s missing—starting with her friend group, perhaps a fling with an old flame, oh & unraveling the mystery of the friend who disappeared graduation day. #DVPit #A #WF #DIS

Ellie missed college before she even left it… it’s why she made mixtapes to hold onto the memories. But not even 90s music can mute what happened graduation day—her friend Brooke vanished. Now at her 25th reunion, old friends, crushes, and nostalgia compete for Ellie's heart. #DVPit #A #WF #DIS

I know right? I love how she writes strong women and friendships and adds in a mystery or thriller element.

Oh shoot, does this mean the drive is over? I wanted to send mine but I'm just now catching up with podcasts/news after a long hospital stay so I may have missed the window...

Yesterday was the 1-month anniversary of THE CHAMOS PROJECT being out in the world! It's weird to be promoting a book about androids fighting for their rights after losing my job to AI here in the real world, but here we are. Consider buying it to support an indie author! books2read.com/u/mdBDo5

TRAIN FROM PLATFORM 2 X WE USED TO LIVE HERE X TELL-TALE HEART Hamlet, flipped on its head Dual POV (sibs Ophelia & Laertes) A private train to a will reading 2 snowed-in murders & a haunting F/F enemies to lovers to— ❄️Querying soon❄️ #questpit #agentsguide #A #T #H #W

Moodboard for ALL ABOARD: a shadowed knife, a train with headlights on in the snow, a screaming, indistinct face, a skull in a palm, mist-capped mountains

Features: forced proximity, unreliable narration, f/f enemies to lovers, power and influence, survival, identity and paranoia.

Pitch: When Sam Hambrook, heir to the Hambrook potato chip fortune, is found poisoned and stabbed aboard his family's snowed-in train, his ex-fiancee, Poppy, scrambles to solve the crime despite interference from her brother, Lars—whose desperation to cover up that he stabbed Sam is merging with a haunting only he can see.

Snippet for ALL ABOARD:

The lamp flickers and a strange energy thrums through the train. Panic claws at my insides. I sense it before I see it: a hooded figure gliding through the closed gangway door. It leeches the forest green from the wallpaper and the gleam from the mahogany hardwoods as it drifts toward me, leaving a drab gray in its wake, and why oh why is no one else so much as flinching? Why is Poppy still asking investigative questions over Sam’s dead body?

I’m the only one who can see it.

The only one it can terrorize.

Comp books: "We Used to Live Here," "The Tell-Tale Heart," "The Train from Platform 2," "Hamlet"
