#MediaWiki 1.44.1 uses this code to determine if a skin is responsive. DEEP SIGH. At the top of the function it says: "Please call SkinFactory::getSkinOptions instead." Which it does not do. Anyway, if you want a responsive theme that works, you have to hardcode it somewhere!

Function from skin.php in MediaWiki 1.44.1 that just returns false for whether a skin is responsive. In full it reads:

final public function getOptions (): array {
return $this→options + [
'styles' → [],
'scripts' → [],
'toc'. → true,
' format' → 'html',
' bodyClasses' → [],
'clientPrefEnabled' → false,

' supportsMwHeading' → false,
