Had a great day supporting families with @alnconnect.bsky.social 2 Exercise events in one day. All aimed at getting Neurodiverse families active and eating nutritious food. 1st Cycling with @bikeabilityuk.bsky.social and then a Swimming obstacle. Food paid for by Swansea Council.
