Published today in Nature Communications: our work shows that ultrasound and electric fields can interact in tissue to generate low-frequency electrical stimulation at the ultrasound focus. A possible new mechanism for ultrasound neuromodulation. doi.org/10.1038/s414...

Looking for: strong quantitative background, R, genuine interest in EEG and neuromodulation. MATLAB/MNE/NIBS experience a bonus, not essential. UK right to work needed. 8 posts across the dept, so other supervisors and topics on offer too.
