J Dirom @jdirom.bsky.social · 25/09/2026I am curious people’s thoughts on what is being said in the new Rick Bell article, eluding that people are going to have to insure their e-bikes in Alberta with legislation coming shortly. #yycbike 522

J Dirom @jdirom.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Map has been updated to reflect incidents for August. While I am happy to see a reduction for August, it has still been a horrible year as we have had a 173% increase over 2025. J Dirom @jdirom.bsky.social · 20/08/2026I’m all for enforcement, but I will say that a likely $10,000 Hawcs flight to nab kids riding electric motorcycles is ridiculous. I mean that is not how to spend money on the youth of today. #yycbike www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...cbc.caPolice charge two youth following electric dirt bike chase in Calgary | CBC NewsThe two youth were charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle and flight from police, following an electric dirt bike chase in the southwest neighbourhood of Coach Hill on Tuesday morning. 240
J Dirom @jdirom.bsky.social · 18/08/2026Just a reminder it is cheaper to go 30km an hour over the limit in a residential neighbourhood ($324) in a jacked up F-150, than it is to go too fast on the pathway on a bike. Also seems that a bell on a head unit is not a bell, or so I am told. I accept responsibility for my sins. #yycbike 9337
