Today, a few people are seeing the site as being blocked by cloudsky. Not sure if there's another way to report outages, but here you go.

I am almost offended at how many puzzle solvers on youtube don't even notice the Tim Curry memorial in today's Connections puzzle.

Totally. First my mom's, then my wife's, and now my kid's.

Today is a bit of a rough day for me. It's an anniversary of my wife's passing, which is reminding me of a dear friend who passed recently, and a writer who I am fond of who has not passed, but has had much of his family die before he did.

I have a similar situation - the land my house sits on was split before I bought it, putting the back on it's own lot (there's a mother-in-law house there.) So, I've got a metal T in the back yard that used to have a twin on the other side of the fence.

Tachyon Squadron from @evilhat.bsky.social is on a super sale. It's a dynamite Fate adaptation and great game. I've run a Star Wars version several times and I'm doing a Crimson Skies hack for our upcoming Shared Hearth online con. It's great. Buy it. www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/2... #ttrpg

Is Call of Cthulhu the most successful licensed game, both in terms of staying power and money? I also remember the original Marvel Superheroes game from TSR doing well back then.

My fellow cis folks, The FCC is asking Americans to submit comments about whether the TV Oversight Management Board (TVOMB) should create new TV ratings to alert viewers to trans/gender content. Time to be an ally and tell the FCC absolutely the fuck not. It takes five minutes to do.

There's a strange paradox here - Howard the Duck doesn't wear pants. Hulk only wears pants. What does Howard the Hulk wear? Do pants spontaneously generate when he gets angry?

I really love Jumpstart. I think it's a great way to pick up and play the game - I don't really want to spend time coming up with deck ideas, so being able to shuffle two half-decks together and go for it is just freeing.
