Honestly I’d like to see a system with an executive committee, no one person should have access to this kind of power. At the minimum eliminate the electoral college and remove cabinet member candidate selection from the chief. Expand the Supreme Court to reflect judicial circuits. I could go on lol

I think we need a Citizens Enforcement Bureau. We need a legal Citizens force that can arrest Senators, Representatives or any other officials who break the law. We've investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing is getting pretty old. Enforcement should be bipartisan.

We have an issue in Canada as well with what's called a notwithstanding clause which allows a provincial government to override federal and human rights. Quebec has used it to push French.

There is no rule of law here right now. Immigration violations are civil, not criminal, so no force would ever be authorized. It’s established that using lethal force on a fleeing suspect is a violation of their fourth and fifth amendment rights, so even if it was a criminal offense it’s illegal.

The cops can get away with shooting almost anyone. If I, as a civilian shoot an unarmed person or anyone who isn't a threat I'm going away for a long time. Now look at ICE, they took Alex Pretti's weapon and then executed him in the street. No charges filed against any of the agents...yet.
