Advies landsadvocaat

gegevens zich bevinden onder een Europese dochtervennootschap en op servers buiten de Verenigde Staten;

Solvinity;

📍Zurich airport, on the flight path to Davos conference Everyone Hates Elon: If you can fly a private jet to a bullsh*t conference in Switzerland you can pay more tax mate
Aerial photo of a huge protest banner laid out on a farm field near Zurich Airport, directly under the flight path to the Davos conference. The white banner reads “HEY DAVOS BILLIONAIRES: SHUT UP AND PAY YOUR TAX” in bold black letters, with large laughing portraits of Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg printed along the bottom. Several small figures stand around the edges holding it down, while a road with a passing car runs alongside the field. The banner is signed “Everyone Hates Elon.”

Being outside the EU objectively puts the UK at a *disadvantage* in these negotiations. The EU can threaten to use the anti-coercion instrument to inflict huge costs onto the US with the loss of its biggest trading partner. What does the UK alone have to threaten with? Rescinding a royal visit?

Trump has been doing a lot to weaken the US and facilitate China's rise in his second term, but he did in term 1 too. First thing Trump did in office was cancel the TPP, promising "better" 1-on-1 deals and getting none. Effectively flipped a smart China containment strategy into US containment.
