Despite having an apparent double digit poll lead on Stacy Garrity, PA Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro continues to pummel her in TV advertising.
He is pouring it in the hopes his coattails help the rest of the PA ticket. I assume he is sending surplus cah to Dems in races outside of PA.
