My dad in Vietnam. He worked on Chinook, Huey & Cobras in Long My Valley, which often took bombs from the NVC. He volunteered bc they desperate for aircraft mechanics at the time. I wasn’t born yet, but he always said despite the war it was a beautiful country. Happy birthday, Dad. ❤️

My border collie Luci is the cutest dog ever. She’s a cartoon dog. But I swear she’d eat the corn out of another dog’s shit before she’ll eat her own dinner at dinner time. I have to put it on a plate and slide it under the bed. She waits until we’re all asleep then eats (loudly) at 1 am lol

The newspaper was added by AI. The photo is probably real, but it’s old. Other AIs can easily find the watermark when analyzing the photo which indicates at least some of the images inside the photo have been AI generated.

It’s AI. Even Grok says so. There’s a watermark inside AI generated/altered photos that is very difficult to get rid of if you don’t know what you’re doing. Other AIs can easily see the watermark.

When we adopted Luci she’d been living under my truck for about a month. She said she’d come in and be our sick dog’s ESA, but she brought her union rep over & negotiated a subscription to Mother Jones, harness-free beach runs, a PBS Passport & a guaranteed 401-Kibble retirement package.

If it is real, then I would question such a god on their level of cruelty and neglect.

Vet was impressed by my makeshift “cool room” for her. CHF dogs struggle with humidity as much as heat. She spends about 18 hours a day in there & it’s helped keep her stable. Restaurant walk-in fridge plastic curtains across the door & mini-split set on “dry” mode & 80F to keep humidity under 50%

Bebe had a really good 6 month check up from the vet cardiologist. Her heart function has not deteriorated at all in the last 6 months. She needs no new meds nor higher doses of the meds she’s already on. I am so thankful & relieved. My beautiful strong girl.

Dipped into the July 4 concert in Nashville. Boyz to Men singing “Take Me Home, Country Road” to an all-white crowd & it was def “right before the zombie virus infects a whole stadium of people in a wave & then they attack en masse” vibe. Good on them for showing up. Best version I’ve ever heard.

Here’s the bit that got me. Trump, Hegseth & his “war-fighters” bomb a school full of Iranian children w a shrug, then tell us an imaginary, organized, violent “radical” left is the most dangerous group in America & must be eliminated. This is propaganda & we must call it what it is. A lie.

It is impossible to be warned about the “devouring” dangers of political violence by the same people who believe it is legal and justifiable, if a bit regrettable, when children die in war.

Thank you. One of our rescue dogs came to us this way. Found her under my truck with fishing line wrapped so tightly around her neck it had become imbedded in her skin. It messed up her vocal cords & it took a year of healing b4 she could even bark. She’s a precious girl.
