existence is so painful in so many ways. I spend half of my time wanting it to end and the other half desperately trying to distract. I'm grateful to the people who've brought me joy in this life, you are my only reason.

Twitch now uses your channel to train generative AI by default. You can opt out of some training here: www.twitch.tv/settings/sec...

PSA to all twitch streamers: Nothing short of fucking disgusting that this setting is on by default. Go to settings/ security and look in the privacy section. if you have not changed this setting, it will be turned on be default.

So it turns out producing the worlds largest rocket and repeatedly blowing it up is a terrible business model.

I might be working on a fun project.

A screenshot of dark souls. The character is hollow and naked and wields a grass crest shield, a broken straight sword, and is low HP with the red tearstone effect active. The room appears to be the bottom of a tower with a closed door. There are bloodstains on the floor from other players dying in this room.

If my headstone says my deadname, and also mentions that I like trains, that would be so funny.

So uhhh, since gas prices are doing that... I'm going to start talking about bicycles. Many folks would actually be able to do more than you'd think with a bicycle. If your daily commute is 20 miles or less, you could probably train to be able to do this within a couple of weeks.

I genuinely think the sonic block for this years SGDQ is baffling. There were some absolute banger submissions from really competitive games. Speedrunning can absolutely be a high art form when communities are collectively pushing a run to it's limits. Instead of that though we're getting...

Queer OSRS players are gonna be saying "we warned you all about mod north" He was never for the playerbase, we were the canaries in the mine, and so many chose to ignore us. These short term profitable decisions will kill the game in the long run. It's already so hard for newbs to justify members.

I crave community but currently lack the energy to pursue it. Winter sucks, capitalism sucks, fascism sucks. I feel completely and utterly defeated by this. I was 6 years early to the fight against fascism and now I'm burnt out.

Look I dislike AI and the direction the internet is going as much as the next person, but this "clanker" thing is really not funny to me. Y'all are using this as an excuse to say slurs and make racist comments with plausible deniability.

I am not in a good mood today, so I'll just say this before logging off. The alt-right spreads hate nonstop and gets sympathy, protection, and a platform to scream it from. But if *any* marginalized person speaks or even tries to advocate for our lives, we get banned.

Hate how when violence is done to us, nobody cares, but when violence can even be remotely connected to us, it's used as a justification for more violence done to us. If you can't recognize that trans people or minorities in general aren't the problem, I don't know what else to say.

Crazy hot take incoming but maybe we need gun reform. I think everyone in the USA lives with a base layer of fear and understanding that they could just be popped at any moment and I am personally tired of it. Gun violence is like a sucker punch that kills you. Just a thought.

Yeah this pretty much sums up my thoughts on the game. Silksong was overtuned and undertested, and my life is stressful enough as is without a game designed specifically to cause frustration. Excellent game, but not for me.
