It's a constant battle to keep the whale mural in Detroit too. Last year, they covered it with an ad that contains art from another local artist and idk how to express how tacky I think this is. Rocket owns the building and wants the mural to ultimately fade away and won't let Wyland restore it.

I brought home a plant from work a while back when one of our offices closed and recently discovered it had a scale infestation. Ugh. This morning, I was bored and decided to tend to some of the office plants and discovered 3 more infested plants. 😨😭

3 pots containing Zebra Haworthia plants, all harboring scale infestations. The closest succulent has dozens of scale insects on many of its leaves, clustered at the leaf tips.

I recently spoke with --- , a lender at --- Credit Union, regarding my pre-approval application. Unfortunately, based on the initial review of my current income and debt-to-income ratio, I will not be able to secure the loan amount necessary to purchase one of the CLT homes on --- Street at this time.

While this is disappointing, I am committed to improving my financial position and anticipate being in a better place to apply again by 2027. I plan to remain a resident of --- for the foreseeable future and truly hope to have the opportunity to purchase one of your homes—whether one of the current builds or a future project—down the road.

I am dedicated to doing everything in my power to put myself in the right position for a future purchase. If anyone has advice on specific steps I can take to improve my eligibility for the CLT program, I would be very grateful for your feedback.
