The uni I was at required all students who used such things to reference specifically how when where and what they used and were very clear that they (the teachers) would be able to pick up any AI usage, particularly in citations.

Won’t say it’s a mistake, but there is a grammatical ambiguity in just one line of a pattern I am using.
