Hahaha, this spammy email from a legit company used an AI to scrape my social media accounts, found a beer I made 20l of years ago, then whiffs on the name of the brewery I work for. This doesn’t make a meaningful business introduction. It means I’ll never buy anything from them.

The Two Loons Belgian Dubbel cask QC photo caught my eye. With a yeast-driven beer like that, the useful question is often what happened in fermentation before the cask, not only what showed up at the end.
As the Parkdale brewery comes online, how are you planning to track density, temperature and fermentation progress across the tanks?
The Fermentation Monitoring module gives the brewing team a live view of fermentation progress at tank level, while leaving the brewer in control of the nrocess

I grew up in Regina in the 70s and 80s with a very Québécois family name. I used to get teachers asking me point blank why “my people” were trying to tear Canada apart. Occasionally, people would slyly ask what I thought of “that bastard Riel.” Seeing these same folks defend language rights is WILD.
