I want to expand Acadia interop, but how should Algebraic Data Types be represented in TypeScript, Ruby, and Python? I wrote some options here: gist.github.com/evancz/8d1f2... What do you think?

I have a bunch of changes that could be Elm 0.19.3. It's basically all "compiler improvements" that will not be visible to users, so I looking for feedback on which aspects sound most interesting. Let me know here or in the more detailed thread! ⬇️ discourse.elm-lang.org/t/help-plann...

It is easy to define per-row security policies with Acadia: ✨ acadia.engineering/blog/simple-... ✨ The compiler then does "symbolic evaluation" at compile time so that in many cases, you pay zero runtime cost for your security guarantees! The example app runs an Elm server too! 🚄

After meditating on my own thoughts, this sounds like I value the creation because it’s hard—nah—it’s the unique filter. I read authors because the qualities of their unique voices fit me well. They might have honed their craft, and do it quite effortlessly, or understand deeply through experience.

Listen. ONE of the reasons I rock with Dolly (Capricorn Gang) is because she’s always proven to me that integrity may cause you pain, but it will never be the reason you suffer. Which is not to say that suffering won’t come, but it’ll never be because you abandoned yourself. That’ll keep you going.

What would Webster's look like if it were made today? Would it be AI-generated from social media? Wiktionary might approach it. But for some reason, I think of the copious jungle in Urban Dictionary; however, Urban Dictionary is clearly mob-made, suffering from info pollution.

Additionally, it comprises several language dictionaries: French, Spanish, German, and Italian; a thesaurus; a "Book of Familiar Quotations"; a "Rhyming Dictionary"; a "Music Dictionary"; and more. I enjoy the physical reference, but now I want a copy of that OG Webster's dictionary.

It contains a modern, "wrong" dictionary which includes the preface "This book is not published by the original publishers of WEBSTER'S DICTIONARY, or by their successors". 😆
