Last Friday LA1 and us were at the Los Angeles “INFERNO SESSION”, where Boards of Canada debuted their newest album, “Inferno”, in full, at an exclusive event. It was life-changing. The album is nothing short of a masterpiece, their best one yet. We can’t wait for it to be out this Friday.

We’re one of the cool kids now and have joined as a science officer aboard the crew of NCC-1103, the @usssequoia.bsky.social! Looking forward to many more events with The Fleet in the future!

Us, in a science officer’s uniform from the “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” era, as per our assignment onboard of the USS Sequoia [NCC-1103]. It’s a sunny day at the Presidio of San Francisco, meaning we need to have our sunglasses on. The crew had gathered to watch the San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show and nerd out as usual both amongst ourselves and curious passersby!

Spent our weekend attending our first furry con since The Before Times: Another Furry Con in Ontario, CA, and brought our telescope out to join the Furry Astronomy star party on Saturday night, which over 500 people looked through our telescope alone! We stayed on Saturn all night long.

A complete non-issue except for the local area. This map is the best we’ve seen so far, but it’s still actually not wide enough to show all of the actual city of Los Angeles. More concerned about National Guard and Marines deployed: in our eyes that’s an invasion, through and through.

As we are now deep in the hunt for a vehicle to replace our Jeep, we may be about to do something super stupid as we have found one of our bucket list cars on the market and within our price range...

A sale listing for an E60 BMW M5 that is within our price range. The E60 M5 is one of our bucket list cars because it has a 5-liter V10 engine which is derived from BMW’s F1 engine used in that era. This is an absolute dream car for us, and this is likely a bad idea, but the devil /and/ angel on our shoulders is screaming at us to buy it, lol
