Congratulations! Dr Paul Grünhofer from @unibonn.bsky.social at #BT2026 receives one of this year’s Horst Wiehe Prizes from DBG’s own Horst Wiehe Foundation for his excellent #PlantSci PhD thesis. He had questioned long-standing assumptions about the protecting surfaces of poplars.
