Infografik zum Aufbau der RODAM-Studie. Ernährungsdaten von 3.506 Personen aus den Jahren 2012 bis 2015 wurden mithilfe einer Optimierungssoftware ausgewertet. Für nachhaltige Ernährungsweisen wurden vier Kriterien berücksichtigt: ausreichende Nährstoffversorgung, geringe Treibhausgasemissionen, niedrige Kosten und kulturelle Akzeptanz. Anschließend wurde untersucht, wie diese Ernährungsweisen mit Adipositas, Typ-2-Diabetes und Bluthochdruck zusammenhängen. Dafür wurden Gesundheitsdaten von 2.183 Personen aus den Jahren 2019 bis 2021 herangezogen.
