Another classic, not sure if I've already posted this one here.

The image is a six panel black and white comic.

Panel 1 - a girl sits at her desk in front of a computer, looking disheartened. She says, "I dont know if I should post this art, who would even want to see it?"

Panel 2- A new person bursts through the door in the background with a loud BAM

Panel 3- The new person pushes the girl out of the way, smushing her face in the process, while slamming their fist down on the keyboard.

Panel 4- The computer shows that the art has been posted

Panel 5- The person makes direct eye contact with the girl while pushing their finger against their own phone screen

Panel 6- A motion blur is added to the last panel, enhancing the impact of the new notifications on the new post. It reads, "(Friend) Liked Post just now" Followed by "(Friend) commented 'I FUCKING LOVE THIS AND I LOVE U'"

Underneath the last panel is a watermark that reads, Shubbabang

Rough idea for a genshin volkodlak OC. Tis a girl. Haven't decided on a name. #Art #OCArt

Rough digital sketch of a Genshin Volkodlak fox. She's wearing a sweater, a scarf, a long sash along her waist as a belt, and pants that cut off just below the knees. She has a few diamond decorations and a ribbon that is wrapped along her tail close to the base. She's standing on her right foot, left pulled back in the air, and she's waving with her left hand as she smiles.

Hand didn't hurt too much while I was sketching this, but I didn't want to push it too much. Still have moments where I move my wrist in just the Right Way and it hurts a lot. 🥲

Something AI is responsible for that doesn't get enough talk: How, when it scrapes a website to illegally steal everything on it, it uses up a ton of its bandwidth allotment, crashing it or racking up massive fees for site owners.

Fanart of Heather Mason from Silent Hill 3, she's leaning back against a bathroom wall in-between two sinks and mirrors. Blood drips from the tiled wall above her, with the Halo of the Sun sigil visible on one of the mirrors.

FurAffinity (a furry focused online art gallery) is looking for funding after refusing to comply with advertiser demands. And oh boy are some of those advertiser demands pretty ridiculous. (alt text added)

A post from a FurAffinity developer blog which says:

What makes this situation frustrating is that the bar for what advertisers consider "adult content" is very very low. For example they consider plus size characters, two characters hugging, and "barbie doll nudity" to be adult content, despite these being normal everyday things that are not adult at all. This is why you may see other sites with restrictions on how characters cant be posed or dressed "too provocatively."

We receive a daily list of items that they have flagged as violations and have to sort through them. If they're legitimate violations, we re-rate them. If they aren't, we don't touch them. Submissions that are not violations of our policies are still held against us.

We have had many email conversations, Zoom calls, and even an in-person meeting with representatives to help resolve this to no avail.
