Ooh, don't think I've done a bike for years. The first faction I picked up when I re-started my 40k hobbying after a multi-year break was Harlequins - so here's a Skyweaver for you.

The bike is long and sleek, with an underslung Haywire cannon. It is painted black with diamond details in yellow and purple, yellow highlights in the fins, and a white mask on the canopy.

The riders also wear black, with yellow shoulder pads, purple and turquoise diamonds on one arm and leg, and white masks. One crouches low over the bike's controls, while the other stands on the rear footplates readying a glaive to slice up their enemies at close quarters.

Had so much fun with this Kahl. I didn't want to do the whole Kinhost like this, but what's the point in being the warlord if you can't bling up your armour head to toe in gold?

A Warhammer 40k miniature: a Kahl of the Leagues of Votann.

She is a broad, stocky humanoid with dark skin, a shock of white hair, and a quality the kids these days call "aura".

She wears a navy blue surcoat, sleeveless and open at the front so you can see her ostentatious gold-plated void armour underneath. She holds her plasma pistol casually at her side, powered up and ready with its coils glowing green, as she poses on a sandstone outcrop, pointing into the distance with her giant golden power fist.

From this angle you can see the rich blue of her surcoat, with the gold runic embroidery along its hems, as well as the back side of her power fist.

You can also see the different coloured strata of the rock she's standing on. Ranging from pale orange to a deeper red, with a carpet of hardy lichens in its shade, holding out against the desert heat.

It's sort of impressive, in a way. To take something as trite and hackneyed as Pascal's Wager and think "I can make it even stupider"... not everyone has the self-belief to try something that ambitious. But they dreamed big, and they succeeded beyond anyone's wildest expectations.

Timloc "Viper" Bollard hadn't looked in a mirror for months. When you're out in the field for that long, there’s little time for vanity. When he finally took a moment for a tea break, he was somewhat startled by the face staring back at him from inside his cup. Was that really him? What had the war turned him into? Would he ever return home? He needed some time to reflect on that.

I feel you. For me, it's less that I never want to paint again, and more that I don't want to paint *right now*. But it always seems to be "right now", "later" never comes. Still, I have good days where the motivation flows. Best of luck with your motivation and mental health.
