By law, Customs and Border Patrol's jurisdiction extends from the US border 100 miles inland. Minneapolis is 130 MILES AWAY from the nearest border (Lake Superior), OUTSIDE OF THEIR JURISDICTION. They have NO AUTHORITY to be operating within Minneapolis.
