It's coffee freezing day 😎 green for Chemex 4-cup, grey for v60 2-cup. Dump these straight out of the freezer and into the grinder for more more consistency from brew to brew - and anecdotally I think the grind profile is more even as well. Cheaper, too!

"Bridging algorithms significantly weakened the link between partisanship and engagement and modestly improved viewpoint diversity, but it also increased attention inequality" This seems like a relatively good tradeoff, all things considered, but it sounds a lot like "old" broadcast media too. Hmm.

The evil one must summon, in their core, to oppose the expansion of rights for one group based on the unsubstantiated fears of another group, is insane. Especially when these rights have been long-held in other places in the world. And I cannot summon the diplomatic tongue to call it anything else.

Indeed, I think people are being super black or/and white about current tech. It also doesn't help that the loud voice for the tech (specially online) is from grifters, so a large number of end users don't want to accept if the tech might even be of the smallest help... Interesting times ahead.
