I try to make 2-4 meals a week for my husband to take over to his parents on his weekly visit. Lots of casseroles and soups and pot pies as it’s easy to transport & heat up. But, we needed variety! So, I grilled filet, roasted artichokes and garlic and baked potatoes. Hope it reheats okay. 🤷🏼♀️
