It always amazes me how many people feel a need to advertise doing things they know are wrong and then explain why it's actually okay. They can just not say anything! I'm not here to tell someone they're a special exception!

I'm very grateful that a significant chunk of my pains are the sort that demand fitness instead of preventing it. I may not be able to do repetitive labor, but at least I can get stronger and feel a little better about the flesh pile.

This is why it's important to have strong motivators, like "I am disabled and if I don't do this I will be in a ton of pain" and "imagine wrestling with other athletic lesbians"
