In A Perfect Day, a game about childhood in mainland China, you go to an Internet Café that also rents consoles per hour - the thing I keep saying was extremely popular in the global south.
AFAIK English doesn't have a word for those, it's just "arcade", so English-speakers tend to overlook them...
