No, animating with AI is like watching other people have sex and then licking the cum off the bedsheets.

03/28/26 The routine has been log on, do a bit of sailing, log off for basically the last month (save from the bit of slayer and the likes)

yeahhh those ones are kind of a pain. i ended up just stacking drinks and going to an easily accessible port to tank them all in case it took me somewhere else lol. which in itself kiiinda feels like it defeats the purpose of funny mystery drink at sea

paws @jadpaws.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

on that note, i hope they add an update where there's a poh-style pet slot so i can have a pet chill on my boat with me. hypothetical pets, i'm still working on the 'having a pet' part of this.

some of them were really annoying, but i like to think of them as (mostly) harmless pranks the devs play on us. nothing quite like passing out and waking up with your inventory filled with mob heads.

OSRS. I don’t really understand the distaste for it outside of being change averse. It’s a refreshing skill. It’s not perfect, it needs some polishing here and there, but it’s a Good addition.

for content to be added that ties to other skills. Shipwreck agility course, expanding on cargo missions with other types of traversal oriented stuff, I’ve already spent hours throwing ideas at the wall with friends of what kinds of things they could add. Sailing is cool, and it suits the spirit of

exist within the greater context of a world that is tangible, gives a new perspective to the world. It adds something beyond a numerical value. It adds a wonder of exploration that I don’t think I’ve felt from RS in general. And to think this is only the beginning! There are infinite possibilities

there and adds interesting variety. Strykewyrms for wyrms task, beloved scrongle, icon of our time, and new resources to fill in some gaps in skilling. What it adds that is most important is how it makes Gielinor feel connected. Continents no longer feel like disconnected isolated entities, they

I think it addresses a potential problem I’ve felt from, say, RS3. It adds sideways expansion possibilities. RS3 as a game aims for upwards expansion, and pushing up the ante. Sailing itself is, yes, about the xp and all that good stuff, but it also offers alternatives. It builds on what is already

After getting to 82 sailing, charting everything, and completing all the trials, here’s my final verdict on Sailing! This is the closest I’ve felt to experiencing RuneScape for the first time since the actual first time. The wonder is there. It has a soul, I think. The wonder feeling is there.

I'm so sick of our world working this way. The spokesperson gives a canned response they don't believe, told to them by a higher up that also doesn't believe it. The interviewer obviously also doesn't believe it but can only push it so far. No one reading it will believe it either.

Expert from a recent article on pride in RuneScape:

What message does it send that Jagex wasn't willing to withstand the fear of a backlash for supporting a Pride event in-game?

We have not stopped supporting Pride and we will continue to celebrate Pride this year.
