Republicans run all 3 branches. If govt shuts down, that’s on them. Dems are fighting to save the ACA. It will expire & Without it, premiums triple, millions lose coverage, and people die. Johnson’s Big Ugly Bill already cut many of those programs, GOP owns the shutdown and the health care crisis.
