Funny to think about this having watched PL Lions say "qui cherche trouve, et qui recherche retrouve", which means basically that in research you rediscover a lot of things. En fait voilà une idée, avec une intuition biaisée par les probas. Si vous prenez une matrice de corrélation C de N variables X1...XN, elle est réelle symétrique (définie positive ok, mais l'intuition marche quand même), et en fait vous pouvez trouver successivement les valeurs propres
