!["Incidents" and my chronic issues flaring (for 6-ish months) lifed me harrrd this year. Had to mow my activities DOWN, both training + work. I must say, connecting with other creatives—and strengthening existing friendships—has truly been its own amazing reward. I even directed for the first time.
Thank you, creators and directors for trusting me with your characters/narrators. Thank you, friends, for being yourselves.
Aaand another year of being head over heels for my husband! That guy never hesitated to brave the [gestures broadly at the world and 2025] by my side…and forced me to look after myself without feeling guilty about it.
