Emma, who is still recovering from the shock, says without thinking, “you are so full of—“ before catching herself and amending to, “nnnice words,” but she can’t stop herself from adding, “but i genuinely can’t see my work as anything but trash and it makes me thínk less of you for liking—” She is cut off again by a shock. “no,” says the voice. The voice says, “you’re a good mom.” “Tha—“ says Emma, starting to contradict, before gritting her teeth and saying, “—ank you. That’s kind of you to say.” She holds her forced smile but flinches, anticipating another shock. Instead, the voice says, “you’re good at your job.” Emma, frustrated, yells, “what???” She quickly tries to add “a sweet thing to say,” but is cut off again by another shock.

¡Nueva tira! Qué miedo da siempre enseñarle a un desconocido que le has dibujado.

Astrid y su familia han terminado de comer en un restaurante y se van a ir cuando Astrid ve que Marco está dibujando al señor de la mesa de enfrente. Marco se muestra muy tímido respecto a enseñarle su dibujo al hombre por si se enfada o no le gusta, pero Bárbara lo coge en un despiste y se lo enseña al señor ilusionada. Éste lo mira seriamente.

El hombre rompe a reír diciendo que el dibujo es igualito a él y pregunta quién lo ha hecho. Al ver que ha sido Marco, le da un billete diciéndole que el arte siempre hay que pagarlo. Marco, sonrojadísimo, le da las gracias y luego grita "¡Mamis, yo pago la comida!". En la viñeta final lo vemos muy sonriente junto a Bárbara, mientras por detrás Astrid le pregunta a Eva si Marco ha pagado toda la comida sólo con ese billete y ella, con sonrisa cómplice, le contesta "¡Qué va, yo he puesto el resto, pero ssssh!"

"It's also useful for burning through water, raising the prices of RAM and chipsets globally, and poisoning anyone near the data centres that run them. So there are a lot of use cases for AI. From spurring on the death of the creative endeavour to dissolving our economy, AI is absolutely gangbusters at what it does. We don't use it in our studio though."

¿Cómo dice? ¿Que el Ministerio de Trabajo invitó a las mesas de negociación por el Estatuto del Artista únicamente a la patronal y a CIERTOS sindicatos, excluyendo a los colectivos de autores? ¿Que el primer borrador tenía una prohibición total de la IA y la patronal se los dio vuelta? ¡No jodan! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Díaz anunció esta reforma en febrero del año pasado. El primer borrador, según la patronal, era muy restrictivo. «Estaba todo prohibido, fue un shock», afirma Fabia Buenaventura, directora general de la Asociación de Productores Audiovisuales (PATE). Tras meses de negociaciones, ahora están «razonablemente contentos» pese a que lo siguen viendo «muy mejorable». Han logrado que el decreto fije principios generales y deje el detalle a los convenios colectivos. «Nos hemos puesto de acuerdo las plataformas como Netflix, las grandes cadenas de televisión y las asociaciones de productores».

Para llegar a ese frágil entendimiento Trabajo ha tenido que limitar las mesas de negociación a patronales y sindicatos, dejando fuera a las entidades de gestión y otros colectivos autorales

Aprobación urgente

Con todo, Trabajo sigue adelante. El Consejo de Ministros ya ha aprobado el texto por la vía urgente y el Consejo de Estado debe emitir su dictamen antes de la aprobación definitiva. El ministerio quiere culminarlo antes del verano. El Estatuto del Artista acumula plazos incumplidos desde hace más de siete años, cuando el Congreso lo aprobó por unanimidad.
